- The base package includes 1-full crisis simulation run, one scenario, up to 20 participants, up to 10 injects (contents), real-time monitoring, scoring, report export, and 7 days of pre-simulation access.
2. How long do we have access to the platform?
- You’ll have access to your dedicated subdomain for 7 days before the live run to prepare, plus the day of the simulation itself.
3. What triggers the “token use”?
- A token is considered used when a trainer starts the live run.
4. Can we run multiple simulations with one purchase?
Yes, you can purchase add additional scenario or run for $700.
5. Can we add more participants, injects or scenarios?

6. How long does it take to get access to the platform?
- We’ll have the platform ready within 3 business days after purchase.

- No. You’ll be responsible for uploading your specific scenarios and injects, but our platform makes it simple and trainer-friendly.
